Why is the USPTO ask me to clarify my legal entity?

The USPTO requires accurate information about who owns the trademark. If the entity type selected in the application does not match the information provided about the owner; for example, "LLC" is selected but the details describe an individual operating without a formal entity; the examiner will issue an entity clarification request.

To resolve it, identify the specific inconsistency described in the office action and submit the correct entity type with the corresponding information. If the applicant is an individual, select individual or sole proprietor. If it is a company, provide the correct legal entity type and the company's details.
