You will receive your trademark certificate from the IP office where your trademark application was filed. If you used a legal representative to file, the certificate is typically sent to their address and forwarded to you.

Nowadays, most IP offices issue electronic certificates by default, which you would receive directly in the email address on record. If needed, you can still request a paper certificate from most jurisdictions, but expect to pay an additional fee. If you change your contact details or representative after registration, update your details with the IP office to ensure you receive renewal reminders and future correspondence.
