Barbershop services are primarily covered by Class 44. What’s included in this class are haircutting, hairdressing, and grooming services.

If the business also sells related goods under the same brand, additional classes are relevant: Class 3 for haircare products such as shampoos, conditioners, and grooming preparations; Class 26 for accessories such as hair clips or combs. For most barbershops trading under their brand name, Class 44 alone covers the core service offering.
