Ever since its establishment in 1878, International Trademark Association (INTA) has followed its mission to “support trademarks and complementary intellectual property (IP) to foster consumer trust, economic growth, and innovation, and committed to building a better society through brands” (Source: INTA.org). At the present moment, INTA’s members include nearly 6,500 organisations from 185 countries.

Trademark one-stop-shop Trama has grown rapidly over the last 2 years, gradually expanding our scope of international trademark protection. While our in-house legal team covers all major jurisdictions, including the EU, the UK and the US, the role of networking and close collaboration with local partners has proven invaluable in meeting the brand protection needs of our clients.

We have already added numerous appealing countries into our service offering, including Canada, China, Japan, Turkey and India. Close ties with local providers of IP services is essential in meeting the high expectations of our clients and that is why we are very pleased to become a part of the International Trademark Association!

What does it all mean for our clients?

Joining the International Trademark Association and exploring the networking opportunities offered by this membership allows us to ensure that we can effectively protect our clients' brands anywhere in the world through the extensive network of external partners around the world. All in all, Trama's proposition of being the trademark one-stop-shop has been significantly strengthened!
